6.Money-Back Guarantee
6.1 Eligibility Period
The money-back guarantee is offered on the ‘Starter’ service exclusively, valid for 30 calendar days, starting from the date on which the final diagnostic report is delivered to the client via email. The delivery date is determined by Pragma Holis’s internal records.
6.2 Qualifying Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the client must satisfy all of the following criteria:
- Have attended the scheduled consultation call for a minimum of 80% of its scheduled duration. Attendance is confirmed via platform session logs.
- Submit a written refund request within the 30-day eligibility window.
- Provide a clear written explanation of the specific reasons for dissatisfaction with the diagnostic service or its deliverables.
- Not have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider prior to submitting a refund request. Doing so will void eligibility under this guarantee.
6.3 Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:
- The client failed to provide accurate, complete, or timely information reasonably required to deliver the diagnostic service.
- The client has previously received a refund under this guarantee for any prior Pragma Holis package.
- The refund request is submitted outside the 30-day eligibility window.
- The service was purchased through a third-party platform or promotional arrangement with separate terms.
6.4 Claim Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@pragmaholis.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Full Name]”. Requests that do not follow this process may not be processed.
Upon receipt of a valid request, Pragma Holis will:
- Acknowledge receipt within 3 business days.
- Issue a decision within 10 business days.
- Process approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
6.5 Account Access & Data Handling
Upon issuance of a refund, the client’s access to the platform will be revoked. Diagnostic data associated with the client’s account will be deleted from active systems, except where retention is required by applicable law — including UK GDPR, HMRC financial record-keeping obligations, or other regulatory requirements. Any retained data will be held securely and will not be used for commercial purposes.
6.6 Statutory Rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
